Spacious room with a huge shower. Off-site parking was a hassle, though.

The rooms are brand-new and impeccably clean and complete with modern decor as well as the coffee maker. The food is outstanding and excellent. Thanks to the staff for being caring and providing us with a great service.

Location near to restaurants, hiking/biking trails, the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, the train station and downtown and Univercity of Akron.

Solo traveler expect more

The bar staff was really good! One night, after a long day, I came down for a drink and they remembered my order from the last time I visited. The cleanliness was noticeable. I appreciated the detail in the bathroom with the makeup removing towelette, it showed they care about the little things.

It wasn't cheap, though I guess you get the service you pay for.

Parking can be a hassle. Many guests struggled to find available spots, which might leave you circling around. Noise levels from neighboring rooms were a lingering issue at night, disrupting sleep-definitely not ideal for light sleepers. The absence of a complimentary breakfast, paired with high prices for food and drinks, felt off for the overall experience, especially considering the cost of the room.

The stay was focused on visiting local attractions, especially the Akron Art Museum which was a brief walk away. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. While the pool was smaller than expected, the overall ambiance was pleasant and made for a nice evening. Getting a late-night pizza from across the street rounded off the experience nicely.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast at the bistro was delicious. Staff provided really good service and were helpful. Enjoyed the overall atmosphere 🍽️

Our two-night getaway was made nice by the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, perfect for relaxation. Enjoyed a late-night pizza from the nearby restaurant-convenient and delicious! Pro tip, arrive early for the best parking options as spaces can be limited.

The hotel had a modern design that felt fresh and inviting. My room was spacious, with a large bed, made it easy to relax after a long day. There was a clean fitness room with good equipment, which I really appreciated. Parking across the street was convenient, especially since it was free. I also enjoyed the small pool, even if it felt a bit limited in size. I found the check-in process frustrating. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, and my initial inquiries were met with vague answers. They misplaced my room assignment. On top of that, there weren't many dining options within walking distance, so planning meals required some effort. All in all, the charm of the hotel can't be overlooked, but a more attentive front desk would go a long way in enhancing the experience.
