The bar staff was exceptional! One night, after a long day, I came down for a drink and they remembered my order from the last time I visited, which felt nice. Also, the cleanliness was noticeable. I appreciated the detail in the bathroom with the makeup removing towelette, it showed they care about the little things.

It wasn't cheap, though I guess you get the service you pay for.

Parking can be a hassle. many guests struggled to find available spots, which might leave you circling around. Noise levels from neighboring rooms were a lingering issue at night, disrupting sleep—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. The absence of a complimentary breakfast, paired with high prices for food and drinks, felt off for the overall experience, especially considering the cost of the room.

The stay was focused on visiting local attractions, especially the Akron Art Museum which was a brief walk away. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. While the pool was smaller than expected, the overall ambiance was pleasant and made for a nice evening. Getting a late-night pizza from across the street rounded off the experience nicely.
